The foliage scene needed something and I based this on Ann Marie's suggestion. The colors on the (big) little one are a little off and I need some more references to get it right but this is the general idea.
Oh boy, the COLORS! I so wish I were there, under those blazing leaves. This is adorable, and I love the addition of the bigger little one! Gives it such nice perspective and depth.
This painting is becoming more interesting! She seems to be looking at something. Will you show us? :) As Drama Mama said there is a story brewing! I also like the pensive character in the background. Lovely!

You know what I like best? The quiet, thoughtful face hidden back among the shadows of the leaves...there is a story there...
